Kyoto Islamic Cultural Center
Not a restaurant but a center offering Islamic consultation, counseling and wide range of halal products (Beef, Chicken, Mutton, Dried foods etc.). Mosque in the basement.
From Kyoto Station, take the No. 4 or 205 bus. Stop at Kojin-guchi bus stop. You can walk to the mosque by following the map (http://g.co/maps/shtde). Should be less than 5 min walk. Hope this info is useful. (Credit to Bro. Fauzi)
